Returns & Refund Policy
Transparent, fair returns
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging intact. Sale or customised items may not be eligible unless defective.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at contact@ogirlsfashion.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
- Ship the item back to Near UCO Bank, Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342003 using a trackable courier
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund processing fee
A flat ₹100 processing fee is deducted from all approved refunds. This covers payment gateway charges, inspection, and handling. Example: if your order total was ₹1,500, your refund will be ₹1400 after the fee.
Refund timeline
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we will contact you for details.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. You may need to place a new order if your preferred size is unavailable.
Non-returnable items
- Items without tags or with signs of wear/wash
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Innerwear and certain sale items (unless defective)
Defective or wrong item
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — the ₹100 fee is waived for our errors.
